§ Mr. SpearingTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will place in the Library a copy of the map of air safeguarding areas designated by the Civil Aviation Authority and circulated by it to local authorities in east London, showing the broad effect of the provisions on the permitted heights of buildings within the designated area the names of the local authorities and parliamentary constituences so effected, together with the statutory basis of the provision.
