§ Mr. BaldryTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the level of new inward investment into Northern Ireland in the last year.
§ Mr. ViggersDuring the year 1987–88 12 new projects which are expected to create 867 jobs were finalised. This represents a considerable improvement upon the results for 1986–87. The aggregate investment associated with the 12 new projects is £21.5 million against which IDB has offered selective financial assistance totalling £6.2 million.
