§ Mr. Michael ForsythI have not met the chairman of Ayrshire and Arran health board to discuss development of National Health Service facilities in Ayrshire. On behalf of my right hon. and learned Friend I meet health board chairmen three times a year to discuss a range of matters. The last in this series of meetings was on 18 March.
