§ Mr. PortilloThe Department does not hold central information on the extent of non-payment of national insurance contributions by individual employers on North sea oil platforms. However, if any employee is concerned about his position in national insurance, he can discuss this with his local social security office and the staff there will be pleased to advise or investigate.
