§ Mr. MellorMr. Shultz and Mr. Shevardnadze announced that they had resolved the outstanding United States-Soviet problems on the INF treaty verification procedures in Geneva on 11–12 May. They also reviewed the progress made in the START negotiations which of course include detailed verification provisions.
