§ Mr. PortilloRegulation 19(3) of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 provides definitions of establishments which are to be treated as residential care homes or nursing homes for income support purposes. These definitions do not substantively differ from those in force under supplementary benefit legislation and represent no change in the Government's policy on community care.
