To ask the Lord President of the Council when he intends to provide rubbish bins in each of the ladies' toilets in the Palace of Westminster.

Many of the ladies' lavatories are provided with waste bins. I understand that where they do not already exist, the Serjeant at Arms is making arrangements for them to be provided. If the hon. Lady has a particular complaint in mind, may I suggest that in the first instance she writes to the Serjeant at Arms.
