Member for Pembroke (Mr. Bennett) of 10 May,Official Report, column 72–3, he will give the average domestic rate bill payable per household for 1988–89 in each local authority area in Wales and the initial safety-netted community charge payable.
§ Mr. GristIllustrative figures are given in the following table. The figures shown for each district area include the county council and community council precepts. Each county figure is the average of the total precepts of all the councils in that county area.

49W(2) Average rate bills per household are on a basis comparable with the community charge figures and exclude any use of balances. Households are defined, for this purpose, as domestic hereditaments.
