Member for Norfolk, North on 16 November,Official Report, column 441 and 27 November, columns 319–21 and 19 April, column 382, what was the basis in each case on which the figures for the acreage and value of National Health Service land were calculated; and to what factors he attributes the reduction in each.
§ Mrs. CurrieThe figure of £12.7 billion was based on a 1985 valuation by district valuers and was an approximation of the existing use value of the NHS property estate (land and buildings) at that time.
