§ Mr. MellorWe are aware of the arrest, together with three other persons, of Mrs. Susan Donnelly (née Wescott) in South Africa on 8 May 1988. Her Majesty's consul at Johannesburg saw her on 16 May. No formal charges have yet been laid. Mrs. Donnelly's brother has engaged a lawyer to represent her.
