§ Mr. David Mitchell13 April 1988, assuming that the report referred to is the information paper submitted to the maritime safety committee concerning the residual damage stability of passenger ships. A copy of that document has been placed in the Library in response to the question from the hon. Member for Dover (Mr. Shaw) on 19 May 1988, at columns 524–25. The report of the maritime safety committee has not yet been published, but a copy will be placed in the Library when it is available.
