Mr. Heddle

To ask the Attorney-General if he will make a statement on the responses he proposes to make to the conclusions reached by the Law Commission in its report of July 1987 on commonhold tenure proposals, "Strata Title."

The Attorney-General

The working group report Cm. 179, to which my hon. Friend refers, makes far-reaching recommendations. A decision on implementation will be taken when these have been fully considered.
