§ Mr. GristDuring its first year the corporation has carried forward further technical, financial and ecological studies on the barrage proposal; it has also undertaken some significant environmental projects, commenced on a programme of acquiring strategically important land and buildings, and completed a study of the strategy for regenerating its designated area. That study will be the subject of extensive local consultation. A copy of the consultants' report will shortly be placed in the Library of the House.
