§ Mr. FreemanNo training facilities are being provided at Deal barracks for staff of the P and O company. The Royal Marines school of music owns a swimming pool outside the camp which is regularly made available to the general public and commercial organisations—including the cross-Channel operators. P and O has been using the pool from time to time since 9 May and I understand that it has carried out some staff training in life saving duties there.
