To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what proposals he has to extend monitoring of equal opportunities in Her Majesty's forces.

None. I refer the hon. Member to my right hon. Friend's evidence to the Defence Committee. The Committee's report (HC 391) was published on 25 April and we shall be responding to it shortly.
