To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek to extend Rotten row, Hyde park, over the full perimeter of that park; and if he will make a statement.

We have no plans to extend Rotten row. The idea has been considered from time to time but ruled out on the grounds of high costs for the limited use that would be made of it.
