§ Mr. CranTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many prosecutions have been brought over the last 10 years against those contravening the Wireless Telegraphy Acts by using radio surveillance equipment without a licence;
(2) how many prosecutions have been brought over the last 10 years against those contravening the Telecommunications Acts by using radio surveillance equipment in conjunction with telephone instruments and/ or telephone lines without a licence.
