§ Mr. WaldegraveThe density of new development is a matter for the borough to decide in the light of local circumstances and taking account of any general guidance. We will consider whether any new general advice on density policies would be appropriate in the Secretary of State's strategic guidance to be issued early next year. The guidance will take account of the advice to be put forward by the London planning advisory committee.
