§ Mr. Grist[holding answer 17 May 1988]: On the assumption that the hon. Gentleman is referring to the all-Wales mental handicap strategy, funding from this source has been provided direct to the Pre-school Playgroups Association (PPA) (Wales) as set out in the following table (1987–88 constant prices):
