§ Mr. Douglas HoggA comprehensive survey of the requirements of the police for PNC services is presently in hand and a direct link to the DVLC is one of the potential applications being considered. No decisions on new applications will be taken, however, before the results of this user requirements survey have been carefully considered in terms of their technical, financial and any other relevant implications.
