Mr. Tom Clarke

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish a table in theOfficial Report showing for each of the years from 1973 to 1987, as a total for all non-oil producing developing countries, the current account balance excluding interest payments on external debts and official transfers, and the interest payments on external debt.
