§ Mr. TrippierA number of schemes to improve energy conservation and to assist the recycling of waste products have been funded by my Department under the urban programme. There are no plans to alter the way applications for funding of such projects are dealt with under the urban programme. I will today be placing in the Library copies of lists for such projects funded in 1986–87 and 1987–88. Similar information for expected funding in 1988–89 is not yet available.
