§ Mr. Portillo[holding answer 16 May 1988]: The combined costs of printing forms and stationery for supplementary benefits work, income support and the social fund were £4.447 million in 1986–87, £9.169 million in 1987–88 and are estimated to be £6.3 million in 1988–89.
