§ Mr. Michael ForsythIn addition to the assistance which he provides towards local authority expenditure on social work through rate support grant, my right hon. and learned Friend provides grants under section 10 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 to the voluntary organisation Playmatters which promotes toy libraries. Under the urban programme projects in eligible areas may qualify for assistance.
