Information on numbers of places occupied in each employment service region against the number each region had authority to fill in the 1986–87 and 1987–88 financial years is as set out. Occupancy figures as at the end of the financial year 1985–86 are also given. Regions were not given a specified number of places to fill until 1986–87.
