§ Mr. TrippierA private company, NGF'86 (Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire) Ltd. was formed by the two local authorities concerned, to design, build and operate the festival. The accounts of the company up to 31 March 1986 have already been filed at the companies registration office, in accordance with the Companies Act 1985. The company has been put into members' voluntary liquidation, and final accounts will be filed in due course as part of the liquidation procedure.
