§ Mr. NichollsWhere either specialised or further assessment is required, this will be made available through440W the employment rehabilitation service (ERC) or, where appropriate, through a specialist training manager who can offer this facility. The funding that ERCs or training managers receive will take account of any additional assessment provision they mount. It should also be noted that special help is available to assist training agents to accommodate people with special or complex needs, in the form of a communicator service for the deaf (CSD) and personal reader service for the blind (PRSB).
