§ Mr. HurdParliamentary approval to this new service has been sought in the Supply Estimates for 1988–89 (Class, XI, Vote 3—HC 339). Pending that approval, urgent expenditure estimated at £130,000 will be met by a repayable advance from the contingencies funds.
