§ Mr. Boyes
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what emoluments are to be paid to the chairman and committee members of the National Rivers Authority advisory committee.

§ Mr. Moynihan
As chairman of the National Rivers Authority advisory committee, my right hon. and noble Friend Lord Crickhowell will receive an annual salary of £40,000. Final decisions about the pay of committee members must await their appointment.

§ Mr. Ron Davies
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the salary of the chairman of the National Rivers Authority advisory committee.
