§ Mr. SoleyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will list the local authorities in(a) England and (b) Wales which have a tenancy relations officer whose duty it is to investigate complaints of the unlawful behaviour of landlords which contravenes the Protection From Eviction Act 1977.
