§ Mr. WaldegraveThe arrangements under which housing association grant (HAG) can be used in conjunction with private finance to provide rented housing schemes are relatively new, and detailed rules are still being developed. If a registered fully mutual housing association eligible for mortgage tax relief were to put forward proposals also involving the use of HAG, we would consider them.
