To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will estimate the additional costs of administration involved in the payment of the backdated housing benefit announced on 27 April, together with an estimate of the cost per individual case.

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish a table showing how many housing benefit claimants have lost and how many are better off in each district and islands area following recent changes in the system.

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services how many Scottish Special Housing Association tenants are receiving less housing benefit than they received before the new housing benefit systems was introduced; and if he will break down the number of gainers and losers by district council wards.
