To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will list the private companies which have been consulted on the provision of the security services at the national engineering laboratory, East Kilbride.

Preliminary consultations on the provision of security services at the national engineering laboratory have been with the following companies:

• Centuryan Security
• Group 4 Total Security Ltd.
• Honeywell Protection Services
• Securicor
• Strathclyde Security Services.
