(2) what representations he has received from the National Deaf Children's Society about deaf children, health authorities and the Education Act 1981; what reply he has sent; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. ScottI recently received a report from the National Deaf Children's Society about the responsibilities of health authorities under the Education Act 1981 in regard to the special education needs of deaf children. The report is being studied and I will respond to the society in due course.
