§ The Prime MinisterOfficials would not normally be involved in negotiations between local authorities and any company about property and planning matters except in connection with disposal of Government land or Government grants in respect of development schemes. If the hon. Member has any specific matter in which he is interested, perhaps he would be good enough to make inquiries with the Ministers concerned.
