§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeSo far as I am aware, the MMC has addressed the matter of reciprocity in only one report, Elders IXL Ltd and Allied-Lyons plc. In that case, the MMC concluded it was unlikely that any imbalance between Australian and British law would operate against the public interest.
