§ Mr. Ian StewartThe material facts concerning the deaths of the terrorists will be considered by the coroner in Gibraltar, acting with a jury, in accordance with the normal procedures for the conduct of inquests under Gibraltar law. The purpose of the inquest will be to determine how the terrorists died and it would not be appropriate for me to make any further comment before then.
