§ Mr. ButcherNo. Re-Solv, the non-profit-making body set up by the industry to combat solvent abuse, is issuing guidance to retailers, part funded by Government, which advises them to keep "sniffable" products locked up, out of reach, under the counter or under direct supervision. I prefer this to compulsion.
