§ Mr. ButcherMy Department has set a target reduction of 5 per cent. in energy usage for 1988–89; the target for electricity usage for lighting is 7 per cent. Investment in energy-efficiency measures, including the introduction of energy-efficient lighting equipment, will amount to £228,000 in 1988–89.
