§ Mr. Chris SmithTo ask the Prime Minister (1) what revenue has been received by the Cabinet Office since [1 November 1987 for the payment of fees for subject access to personal records, pursuant to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984;
(2) how many applications under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984 for subject access to personal records held by the Cabinet Office have been received since 11 November 1987.
§ The Prime MinisterTwenty-two subject access requests have been received. All but one were from staff who are not charged a fee. The Cabinet Office has received £10 in revenue.
