§ Mrs. RoeTo qualify for tax relief under the scheme dwellings would need to be fit for human habitation and to have all the standard amenities within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985. Tenancies would need to be new-style assured tenancies under the Housing Bill which provide long-term security of tenure.
