§ Mr. Peter MorrisonNinety-four wells were started in the first quarter of 1988 and 47 wells were started in the same period of 1987. The number of wells drilled in the first quarter was one of the highest figures recorded and reflects the growing level of confidence amongst companies involved in the North sea.
