§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe sums of money received by the CEGB for leasing plutonium are commercially confidential. Plutonium under lease from the CEGB to the UKAEA is subject to Euratom safeguards and the terms of the UK/Euratom/IAEA safeguards agreement. At present the CEGB has no plutonium under lease to the Kernforschungzentrum, at Karlsruhe or the Eidgenossisches Institut Fir Reaktoforschung at Wurlingen.
