§ Mr. MoynihanThe information on water rates requested is set out in the accompanying table for each of the English water authorities. The table shows the average household bill for customers connected to both water and sewerage and being charged on the basis of rateable value. Information on average bills for 1988–89 is still being analysed by the Department and is not yet available for publication.
