§ Mr. MellorMy colleagues and I have received many representations on this subject. The concern expressed in all parts of the House about human rights in Poland is fully reflected in representations we made to the Polish authorities, sometimes with our Community partners. During the visit of the Polish Foreign Minister last December, for instance, my right hon. and learned Friend made it clear that we hoped all forms of harassment of Solidarity supporters would cease.
