§ Mrs. ChalkerAs I told my hon. Friend on 3 February, the United Kingdom enjoys close and cordial relations with Nigeria. These were again demonstrated at the bilateral talks which my right hon. and learned Friend and I had with the Nigerian Foreign Minister at Chevening on 15 and 16 March.
