Mr. Summerson

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what information his Department has on(a) how many commercial and industrial buildings and sites are owned by each London borough, (b) how many of them are let, (c) how much rent they produce, (d) how many of them are empty and (e) whether the borough owns them freehold or leasehold.
