To ask the Sectetary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he next expects to attend the conference in Vienna on security and cooperation in Europe.

Mr. Mellor

I visited the Vienna CSCE meeting on 15 April. A copy of my speech has been placed in the Library. We will consider further ministerial visits to the meeting, including for the purpose of signing a concluding document, in the light of circumstances at the time.
