§ Mrs. CurrieOfficials met the BMA at the association's request in January. No firm proposal for a pilot scheme was put forward by the BMA. The representatives of the BMA were advised that some of their concern about cost and slowness in clearing actions through the courts was likely to be met by the civil justice review and that no "no fault compensation" scheme would be considered until the outcome of that review is known.
