§ 31. Mr. JanmanTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will make a statement on the Engineering Council's proposals in its discussion document "Restructuring of Engineering Higher Education", a copy of which has been sent to him.
§ Mr. CopeThis Government welcome the discussion document as a focus for debate on this important area, and I have referred it to the Manpower Services Commission who will be commenting in the near future.
